First used Mark for physio appointment. He was thorough, listened and then treated based on my description of injury. Then joined his small group training sessions. Well organised, explained each exercise in detail and he corrected posture etc when necessary. Would highly recommend either for physio or training sessions.

Aditi really knows her stuff. She found trigger points I didn’t even know I had and put a lot of work into getting knots out. I felt as though I was on another planet when I left so I know I was definitely more relaxed and today waking up feels much easier.
