I had a fantastic back, neck and shoulder massage with Marc. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to identify the root of my muscle tightness. The massage itself was great and he really knew how to target the problem areas and even sent me away with specific stretches to help ease the tension and prevent it coming back. I felt so much better afterwards and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Discovered MD Therapy through Frontrunners and been struggling last few months with shin pain every time I'm out running. Came in to see Marc for an MOT and he discovered my hips were out of alignment. He did some manipulations on my back and hips with some massage and exercises. Came back for a review and really happy to say the shin pain has pretty much completely gone! Really great service from Marc, highly recommend!
